We're moving!

We packed up a few loads today! Some of our wonderful customers, friends, and our realtor even, helped us by letting us borrow their trailers, helping us pack them up, and driving all the way to our property with them! The Lord is so kind.
But, no time for yackin' right now! "Things to do.... things to do" (Fanny Dashwood, for anyone who has seen the 2008 Sense and Sensibility).
Take care, all!

This guy is a riot...

Now, I know nothing about this Phil Davison... and maybe it's kinda mean to post his speech just for the sake of laughing at it... but this is stinkin hilarious.

But you know... I guess it's kind of like laughing at this:

I love it.

And one more thing...

This music makes me cry. lol, It's really quite pathetic, but it's true. Like, I could just start sobbing. It's just that incredibly, wonderfully, marvelously, amazingly sweet toaster! ("sweet toaster" well never die!)

Listen and love ;)

Poor, poor Kristie...

She has the lamest little sister ON EARTH. Ahem. I was supposed to post pictures of Jenni's house a while ago. Well, ya know, like relatively soon after she moved in there would've been nice. But! Here they are! Sort of. Poor Jen (yet another woman afflicted with a lame sister), I took pics of her house while it was (in her opinion) messy, while the boys were doing housework. And so I didn't get pictures of each room. Hopefully I will get better and more pictures soon! But this will give you a general idea. So I'm lame. Sorry, my seestahs!

Jenni's former putty-tat, Louie (in our living room). Very sad.. she couldn't keep him cuz of her her rental agreement. :(

He was really cute!

Ok, so here's the living room, all disheveled.

From the kitchen to the laundry room and back door.

Kitchen. Love the red countertops. =D (Remember, Jen. Dirty dishes are... natural) ;)

As are messy tables. =D

A pretty flowery thing from Ang.

The front yard.

I didn't even realize this pic was out of focus.

We grow really. big. roses here in Lewiston. You wouldn't believe some of the roses here! The size of their trunks.

The lovely neighbor-horse. I am quite fond of her.

The back yard... and unfortunately the sun was behind the clouds so this one paints a very dull picture. But her yard is very lovely. I'll get a good one... you'll see. :-P

All righty then... Good night, all!

Aaah!!

Is this cute or what??? (And no it's not a nasty old blonde whig... it's Caiah's homemade ghillie (sp??) suit/hat thing... don't ask me) I don't even know who took this picture... but *sigh*... Walter is soo beautiful. =D Him and his diaper-butt self. But actually... he's almost completely graduated from diapers to... "whities." He runs around showing us all: "Daddy... whities! Mom-mom, whities! Auntie, whities! Daisy, whities!" Yes, he speaks to my dog like she understands him. He's even told Lizzie's toy fishies that he wears whities now. I love it, kids are hilarious.

"The Christian ideal...

has not been tried and found wanting, it has been found difficult and left untried." -G.K. Chesterton
I love that quote. It's very apt for our society... and especially our Christian society. We try to get by with just the bare necessities of Christianity... and are too forgetful of just how offensive to the Lord sin is. Every sin. By one sin all mankind was sentenced to eternal damnation... but for the incomprehensible suffering of our Lord and dearest friend Jesus Christ. Can you imagine? We murdered our best, truest friend... because of greed and pride. What an amazing God we have. "There is no sin little, because no little god to sin against." -Matthew Henry "If ye love me, keep my commandments." -Our Savior "God's favors to us lay strong obligations upon us to be obedient to Him." -Matthew Henry
And a few more quotes... "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ." -Col. 2:8 "Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?" -Job 38:2 "Be not wise in thine own eyes:" -Prov. 3:7 "Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage forever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart. I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes always, even unto the end." -Psalm 119:11&12 That is wisdom... the fear of the Lord! To love the word that comes straight from His mouth... the wisest Sage... and truly there's no greater gain.

Here are some pics from spring... I couldn't arrange them in the post... so they're totally out of sequence. But you'll get the drift, I'm sure. ;)

Lizzie's first Lord's day.

Me and my buddy.

Hehe, isn't that cute?

Rach and Lizzie

Oh my goodness, she was so teeny! She's so fat now. =D

Aw, aren't babies just pathetic? You know, in a precious way.

Truly, she is the strangest... just for pictures, though. ;) However, I seem to recall another blonde-headed fruitcake that would never take a serious picture. Yesss, I have an abundance of horridly incriminating pictures of my itsy bitsy years.

Don't be fooled by that fake smile (cute as it may be)... She's got a double-barreled shotgun and she's not afraid to use it.

Walter looked so cute in his Chucks.... but, alas, he has outgrown them already.

Hooray for dogwoods!

These pictures don't relay their true beauty... they're rapturously gorgeous!
(sorry 'bout the drama, I just love them)

Well... that's all I got for now. I'll have to work up to being a real blogger again very slowly... wouldn't wanna pull a brain muscle or anything.

PS: Kris! What'd you think of the movie, btw?
