was so much fun. Oooh my goodness.
Here are two pics from the trip. The first one is from Florida, and the sunrise pic is on Jekyll Island, Georgia... one beeeaauutiful island.

Yes, Jackson died on that trip. ;)

Sigh... I need to go to Jekyll and Florida again. Anyone going? :>

11 Days

ELEVEN DAYS until we move! Pretty exciting... and sad, cuz I won't see the Jen fam and the Josh and Amanda fam for a few months. :( The Birgers are gonna be staying here til Novemberish, and Josh and Amanda will be going to Wisconsin for a few months so Josh can get some experience working with Mr. Wierzchowski. I'm not gonna have any cute little babies to hug and love on... and no nephews to beat on, hehe. (in a fun way, of course)

I was in deep depression when I first heard Josh and Amanda weren't coming along with us. Now I'm in... not-quite-as-deep-but-still-pretty-bad depression. :P But! We'll all be together again, soon Lord willing! And... I have some hope that a certain girly sibling of mine might be moving Idaho-way in the hopefully-near future! And I hope the Hacklers can move there soon so much!! I miss them like crazy. If only my othah brothah would make it out that way, too. 4 of us siblings will be together though this Monday, for the first time in about 4 years. It'll be sad saying good-bye to Nate.

Haha, I wish I would've had my camera out earlier tonight. Micaiah's got his flashlight out... and pointing it at his armpit, trying to show "Mum-mum" (my mom) his armpit hair. Haha, it takes quite keen eyesight to see it. lol, and since Greg didn't have any armpit hair, he took the flashlight and started pointing it up his nose "Hey look I have nose hair!" It's so hilarious... and cute, they very much want to be men. =D Micaiah shaved 3 times yesterday... with his bladeless razor and lotion. =D It's great, I love it.

Oooh, I got some exciting stuff in the mail today. :D Beka W. sent me my pictures I took while we were at Jekyll Island and Florida! I had to upload them to her computer while we were there so I could empty out my memory card... so yeah. I got them today!! I'm SO excited! I've wanted my Florida pics soo bad. :D So I'll have to post some of those eventually. ;)

And I had ordered some stuff from http://www.lush.com/ , and that came today, too. :D I got this funky hair conditioner bar... which works quite well... especially for a "healthy-hippie" type company. :P And! I got this patchouli deoderant bar... usually I can't stand the smell of patchouli, but this stuff is really nice. And it works! Oh my goodness, trying to find a deoderant that actually works, lol. It's pretty sad. But yeah, this stuff works and I'm psyched.

Then I got one of my recent quizzes back from At-Home Professions (the people I'm doing the medical transcription course through).. and got an A. Praise the Lord! That's so encouraging.

Here's a great song... people need to do this more often. Take Scripture and make a song out of it. http://www.last.fm/music/The+Byrds/_/Turn%21+Turn%21+Turn%21+%28To+Everything+There+Is+a+Season%29

Anyway... here are some oldish pics... a few months old.

Here are the colors I'm using in Mitchum's blanket... I'm almost done, yay!

lol, No idea.

Ooh, a treasure chest. :>

Josh's awesome margaritas! He's the best margarita-maker ever.

Fun times.

Mad skillz.

Settin up our awesome campfire and benches.

How adorable is this picture??

And this one's pretty cute, too. :D

And, well... this one's kinda weird. It's a horse-tail worm, I think. I found it while having my secret worship outside one day... so many things to find out here.

Jen's Birthday! lol, we have some other really crazy pics of Jen with her hat on and Mom looking somewhat like Rambo with her bandana across her forehead, and all. We call her: "Rambita" :P

lol

So sweet. =D

The day Big Papa died. That was an amazing storm the night before. Constant lightning flashing. It was aaawesome.

It was a really big tree.

Haha, Jenni really likes trees. :P

And look what we found in the pool filter that morning.

Aaaw, I miss my baby!!

A family affair. ;)

And the tent was still there!

And I just have to post a picture of my doggy... cuz I love her so much and she's so cute. She's a lap dog beagle. :P

Well, toodles!

Pictures!

It's Mom and Dad's anniversary today! 36 years. Pretty amazing, huh?
Well, I've managed to post a bunch of pictures finally. Life's crazy. Whatever. :P
Not much news. Just doin the same old same old. Organizing, getting rid of stuff to sell in our second moving sale this Saturday (ooh not another <:( oh well), school, cooking, packing, mentally preparing for the move to Idaho (which, may I remind you, is in THREE WEEKS FROM TODAY), trying to figure out jobs so we can have an income, wondering where we're going to live when we get there. Ya know, normal stuff like that. :P
But here are some things we discovered last week:
1. Mom and I have decided we need to write a dictionary of "Words That Aren't, But Should Be"
2. Gregory found out he can crack his foot 84 times in a row
3. Micaiah discovered he's getting armpit hair
4. Jen and I have come to realize that life would be so much easier if we were llamas
Aaanyway, here are the pics. ;)
Jalapeno peppers! Yay!

Roma tomatoes. I love the way they look.

Ever seen an eggplant blossom? Pretty funky.

The remains of Big Papa.

The veggie garden.

Clematis.

Addie, oh so cute as usual.

Kissing her "fishy." (a leaf, actually)

She was so excited to get outside. With everyone being so busy, we hardly have time to take her out.

Echinacea. Oooh, the smell reminds me so much of our acreage in Canada. Soo many fun memories at that house.

Micaiah's nasturtium. It has so many blossoms and is sooo pretty.

The pond, green from my beta food. I didn't know it would turn it green! AND I had permission. Oh well, we're moving anyway. :P

"See these nails?" A lecture on nail hygiene. ;)

Latest cover for "Vogue" magazine.

Trying to hug Daisy.

Haha, something about trying on shirts and not getting lipstick or foundation or something on them.
Oh, I love her hair. So adorable. :D

"Ooh, delicious Oatmeal. What would I ever do without you?"
Ugh, and notice the fly on the towel? It's a conspiracy. They lurk at the back door, waiting for the precise moment when someone opens the door to attack. And attack they do. We've counted over 20 flies in the kitchen and dining room in one morning alone. Evil creatures.

Sportin Prada. Oh yeah.

Micaiah telling us about the wonderful things from his magazine. Guns, knives, bows, tools, and whatever other contraption you can imagine. ;)

Food is always so much better when it's not on your own plate. That's what Addie thinks anyway. She likes to throw her food on the floor for "Daishe" to eat, then go to someone else's plate and steal their food. ;)

Can't post long...

Just wanted to post a line from Dad's sermon we listened to today: "There should be no one in the world who enjoys life more than the Christian."
I love that. Cuz you know, we're human beings, therefore life will be hard! But... as Christians we of all people should be the absolute happiest and most joyful people. We have the comfort and security of knowing that everything is for our own good, and that should make us happier than anyone!
Well, that's all. I'll be postin some pictures pretty soon. Mostly old ones though. Still don't know what happened to those pics I was gonna post that disappeared. Ugh.
Take care everyone! Have a good Lord's day!

Wedding dress!

Oooh I'm so excited! Jenni gave me her wedding dress today! And I looove it. Mom took some rosettes off the bodice for me so that it'll be.. well, less 90's. ;) But it's such a beautiful dress. Haha, not like I'm getting married or anything. :P But it's fun to have. =)
We got some pics... I forgot to put the veil on though. Oh well.

Hmm, I don't think I know how to take a serious picture.
Well... I was planning on posting some really cute pics of the kids... but my computer has stolen them and will not tell me where they are. SO frustrating! But I'll post what remains.
So life's been insanely busy, yada yada. :P Larry and Jen accepted an offer on the house! So we'll be leaving for Idy on Sept. 8th. Pretty freaky, man.
Haha, I'm so annoyed at my pics being lost I can't even think of anything to say. :P
Let's see.... I've gotten pretty far on crocheting the blanket for Mitchum. Which is pretty cool, cuz I've never made anything this big before. Ooh, and I learned how to knit! Yay it's so fun. Weird and different, but pretty fun.
Aaw we got rid of Buddy today. Very sad very sad.
Well, I'm gonna git... will post something more interesting soon I'm sure. ;)
